PM losing credibility with every second Zahawi stays
Responding to Prime Minister’s Questions, the Scottish Greens economy spokesperson, Maggie Chapman MSP said:
“The PMs excuses add up about as well as Nadhim Zahawi’s tax returns - not at all!
“The Prime Minister promised that his government would move on from the scandals of his predecessor, but it’s only three months later and he’s already surrounded by controversy.
“There have been fixed penalty notices, dodgy loans and so much more besides.
“The decision to keep Zahawi in office says as much about the PM’s decision making as it does about Zahawi. Sunak is shedding his credibility with every second that Zahawi remains in post.”
