Statement on Nice tragedy
The Scottish Greens’ co-convener, Patrick Harvie, has offered his condolences to the people of France after a large number of people were killed and injured in the city of Nice.
Harvie said:
“I’m deeply saddened by this appalling and senseless attack and we offer our sympathy and support to the people of France at this difficult time. I’d urge any visitors from Scotland and the UK who are in Nice to get in touch with the British embassy if they haven’t done so already.”
